Hi Joshua, you ask an interesting question. What you are you struggling with? What are you referring to when you say emotional stability. Are you experiencing stress, anxiety, fear? Entrepreneurship is a tough road and not many people touch on the topic that you did. I am glad that you brought it up. Let's talk about it as I am sure other members on this platform can also benefit from the knowledge and the conversation.

Ok sir, What I mean is that I get angry easily with my partners when they don't do what I expect them to do. And secondly most of my female partners will want to always get my presence and attention before they could do what they ought to do and some of them gets angry when I shift my attention to a new partner to work with. It becomes an embargo on my emotional stability that I don't really know how to handle it well to get a better result at the end of the day.

Hi Joshua,

By the way you can call me Jayneel. As a leader you will have to find and define stability in your team. You will act as an anchor. Even if someone in your team has a bad day, you have to keep calm and press on. Focus on the work. Also, if you plan to grow, you will have to find ways to empower your people. You can't be everywhere, you can't be involved in every decision, you can't be the bottle neck. Build confidence in them, allow them to make mistakes because everyone makes mistakes - even you and I. Remember if you are not making mistakes you are not trying something new, your are not pushing hard enough, and therefore you are not growing. Happy to chat more.
